By accessing or using FeedbackDrop ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FeedbackDrop provides a feedback collection widget and dashboard that allows you to collect, organize, and manage user feedback from your websites and applications.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of initial purchase. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Collect user data without proper consent
  • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FeedbackDrop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all feedback data you collect through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store this data to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents from your users.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEEDBACKDROP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination through your account dashboard.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
